I think whether to loosen up or not early has to do with how comfortable you are playing post-flop. More often than not I find myself in the same position as you when the blinds reach 100. I play the 22's and usually the players will start tightening up at this blind lvl.
I push any 2 if it's folded to me on the sb. I'd also push if I'm in the blinds and 1 or 2 players limp in. And I'd usally push if the button or sb mini-raises.
Other than that, unless there is a compelling reason not to, I'd push any Ace-Picture/ pair down to nines in any position.
