coming from I-95 (which the OP will probably be doing, via Providence) -- should be about the 2nd left in the casino, and I think it says "Rainmaker Entrance". Coming from Norwich/Hartford/I-395 (which you should also take from say New Haven), it's about your third right. I'm not counting the casino employee parking, but the next light after it.
More Foxwoods poker info here, and hopefully don't go with your heart set on playing Omaha immediately because those games do turn over slowly. But if you're willing to play a couple of hours of HE, getting there at 10 or 11 a.m. on Saturday should be OK. It's been less of a madhouse lately thanks to the summer weather.
