After downloading lastest version of PT I received an error message:
A database error has occurred.
DB code: 1605 Error Text: SQLSTATE=23000
INSERT INTO tourney summary etc..etc...etc...
This error message was written to the error file: C:\Program Files\Poker Tracker V2\pterrorlog.txt. Please send this file AND the hand history file that caused the error to
support@pokertracker.com so that we can diagnose the problem.
So that's what I am doing.
However, this error message comes up before even bringing up any tables. Therefore I have no hand history.
I sent an email to PT support but haven't heard back from them yet.
Anyone else experience this?
