SSHE by miller/sklansky/malmuth(?) is the bible of low limit. and it has starting hand charts. can even find them in these forums. or on google groups. tell me if you want me to get them for you.... king yao book is great too. i like gary carson's as well..... i think yao and miller books assume you know the basic rules, which it sounds like you do.

position is absolutely key. play almost nothing in the first 4 spots and then you can loosen up... almost any decent book covers position.

SSHE says never play A9o or K9o (big blind for "free" excepted) and frankly i find it hard to play that tightly when the cards are running cold.
