Generally speaking, I dislike passively calling small bets into big pots, I prefer to either raise or fold. With a bet and a call on a coordinated board, Hero isn't strong enough to put in a proper raise without being committed with a marginal hand, so I would generally fold.

As far as the pot odds go, if I recall correctly from my limit hold'em days, a 5 out draw needs 8.2-1 to take a card off. 5-1 immediate isn't enough to justify a call. We probably have the implied odds to continue, this just isn't a spot where I'd typically do so for the reasons outlined above. It really doesn't matter very much though, to be honest.
