As played, I would raise him all in on the river. He has about 20 bucks left, & the pot is about $60. With him being a lag, there is no reason to assume that he has the nuts & just call. But, it can't be right to just call the flop & turn. If he has a K, you have 15 outs. If he has a 10, you have 21 outs. I prefer to raise the flop about $10, & then make a decision on the turn. But going back to the beginning, I believe it is right to raise it about $2 pre-flop, bet about $10 on the flop, then go all in on the turn. Maybe this is too laggish, but I don't think so.
