To who - the mods? I don't think it's the mods' responsibility to take care of this - there should be posts by the players themselves or the friends of those players saying "2+2 member makes FT" or some such thing.

In another (nameless) forum I frequent, there's a "boast and brags" section where people get to say what they've been up to - it's a nice part of the forum, IMO.
