Default Isolating the fish, A8s lvl2 50+5

This was hand number 12 or so, and villain had been limping most of them. I had played him once earlier postflop, so I had a slight feeling what kind of player he was.

My question is, is it worth trying moves like this at all? And if it is, is this a good spot?

It should be added that the blinds were fairly tight, so I expected to get headsup unless there was a premium hand in the blinds.
