A buddy of mine (won't mention his name since he posts here and I don't want to call him out) was crushing the 100s and moved up to the 200s this past summer. He was doing fine until last week when he dropped over 10 stacks. I don't think NL is nearly as swing as Limit but these things do happen at the 200s.
However, that being said, there are some pretty terrible players at the 200s (less than at the 100s) but definitely enough to make it worth your while to take a shot. If you drop 5 stacks, jump back down, but I say go for it.
