Poker Stars accidentally over-refunded me $5 on a cancelled tournament. I emailed them, and they told me thanks for my honesty and then told me to keep it.
Really, honesty is the best policy and you won't lose any sleep over returning $100 that isn't yours. Unless you're the type who is a cheat and a liar anyways, then you might as well keep the cash.
