I agree with Westley's analysis, but also would like to add that you are putting too much credit into stats after 200 hands. Even the VPIP takes longer than that to converge, but you do know that he is fairly tight. Using the agression number after so few hands is dangerous, especially when looking at it for just one street. How many turns do you think he has played? Probably only 10-15.
