I use the "standard" T1000 schedule on HomePokerTourney.com
with rebuys during the first 3 levels and 15 minute blinds and tourneys last 2.5-3 hours with some as short as 2 hours depending on how loose the players are.
If you eliminate rebuys and use 15 minute blinds you should be around 2 hours with your schedule. You can also incorporate an aggressive ante schedule that may/will be used in later rounds to speed things up as well depending on how the tournament is going.
