Jim, wouldn't you at least call here. Even if UTG isn't willing to go broke with A9 (unless you mean by going broke calling the BB bet), doesn't mean he doesn't have it. Maybe he folds to aggression, but you still take down the $70 in the pot. I don't think hero has been given any reason to fold this hand at this point. Two other things working against a set here are that 1/3 of the cards to complete a set are in hero's hand.
