To pile on to what you have been saying, Lindsay Graham has already come out on record saying the nomination is not grounds for a filibuster per the agreement betweeen the "Gang of 14". In other words, if the Democrats really try to dig in on this one, there is a very real chance of the nuclear option being used. This is so awesome, Im finally excited about politics again!
