Noone has mentioned the difference between having the spade and not having it is 2 outs, not 1. In the first hand you have about 3 (should be 3.5 but we take off .5 because somene miht have the A or K of spades) outs. In the second you quite possibly have 1, and flush drawing opponenets have 1 more. Thus, it is very possible you have less than 1/3 the outs of the first hand in the second hand.
I would raise or call hand 1, If they are tightish or solid standard tags I raise, If they are standard 2/4 tags or looser I call. I bet the trun if I dont see any other agression and fold to any raises/bets after the flop.
