It seems to happen because of / after the following:
I viewed the thread afte ryou posted by cklicking on the 'thead' link i get with threadded which directs me here:

That link currently brings me to you post in this thread saying that you think you fixed it. However, if i reply to that i get the above. Also when i go to that right now (and even if i refresh the page w/ f5), it shows that as the last reply in this thread. I have to trim &gonew=1#unread to see the new replies in this thread / succesfully reply. Actually Successfully is a bit wrong. My replies seemed to go through anyway i believe. I just got that error message and don't see new replies but my reply did go through i believe.
