You're rarely worse than a coinflip here, and you're often a small favorite, plus you have some FE. How much FE you have is the question, since villain can possibly have a pretty wide range of hands. I'm not in love with the play (at least in a SNG), but I don't think it can be more than slightly bad.
That said, I fold preflop.
