There are no "micro limits" in Vegas. You'll be lucky to find $1-2 limit, and 2-4 & 3-6 will be all over. Skill level won't be any different at those limits (= bad). Lowest NL ring game will be $100 buy-in (see allvegaspoker.com for details).

Lowest tourney worth playing (ie, blinds don't rocket up in 30 minutes) in going to run $60 or so.

Don't want to rain on your parade, but if you're planning to goto Vegas with a $.25/50 online bankroll of $150 and then playing all weekend, you'd better win quickly. If all you want is a few hours at the tables, then $100 will work for a while.
