You need 30 points the day before to get the question. I played 164 raked hands of PLO8 on the 6th, to which I should have been credited 32 points, but only received 28 points for some reason.
I emailed support about it and have not got an answer yet in over 24 hours. I will continue to email them every 8 hours until at least someone tells me SOL because I'm sure that's the only response I'll get.
