It's only when you consider individual players that a difference emerges. So no general formula is possible. Loose players and especially those who are loose postflop do best in the Prima method. Merely seeing a lot of flops doesn't help much. For example, suppose you complete the SB and fold the flop in what becomes a 10 BB pot that is raked $3. You will get a 1/40 share equal to 7.5 cents of MGR. It's the players who went to the river that get most of the $3 of MGR.

StellarWind, what would you estimate an average VP$IP of 18% would relate to a empire rakeback by comparison?
