Actually, I'm a little curious as to how it changes everything. If I'm standing on a street corner, can I be fined or arrested for saying "anal sex" beause it's a public place?

Possibly. It's not quite the same as Howard Stern, but you probably couldn't run up to the nearest 7 year old and begin a 10 minute curse-a-thon.
