I agree with Buzz. I'd call as long as I was pretty sure it would be for one bet. There are a number of good things that could happen on the turn, the obvious and not-so-obvious, including a club and a non-heart 10 or King, which might allow you to bet and knock out other low drawers (assuming it's a high club).
