I will be in the near future, but I have talked to some mortgage people. Alot will say that you need 2 years of tax returns to show from your "self - employment", but some will allow it w/o, and you can do a "no doc" loan (I believe is the name), and they look at your credit score and such. Some will increase the rate for no doc loans, but I talked to one guy who said that as long as my credit turned up fine, it wouldn't go up.
