It shouldn't matter that you earned more points, I earned more but got the scratch off (Both days there has been a pop-up when I logged on to PP.)

My points were listed as correct on the players club page but the Santa Bonus page was not updated to reflect it. That happened to me the other day but it eventually got fixed.

I would definitely write them: info@partypoker.com and cc it to bonus@partypoker.com or vice versa. Hope it works out for you.
