I think you misjudged your opponent, I don't see from these hands where you could consider him weak-tight. I think people often make the mistake of labeling a player as weak tight, when in fact all he's doing is playing smart poker. There's a huge difference between playing weak-tight and playing smart. One thing I did notice is you're not giving your good hands a chance to make any money for you, raising all-in with AK heads-up is a mistake. You want to trap your opponent with these hands and make him pay you off. Use your crap cards for stealing blinds, I'll often push with something as weak as 78o and just call or min-raise with my premium hands.
