People who taunt at the poker table (or any competition), do so to get a reaction out of you; they want you to get angry and show it. They need to know that they have gotten under your skin.
Greg did the best possible thing. Just look at Mikes initial reaction; he sat right down with that WTF look on his face and then switched the act back on to hide his reaction. Inside, he was pissed that Greg didn't react.
