i was watching that today and we dont at any time see him scribble anything. the commentator makes reference to him doing so but that's meaningless. we do see greg pull out the notebook which has some papers in it and then the next shot we see he is holding one of those papers. so the question really should be what was the paper? a "kick me" sign to tag on mike's back later in the day would be my guess.
