Only if the SB is a complete maniac. And your river raise leaves a lot to be desired, as all you've got is top pair against a fairly coordinated board consisting of big cards people will call a raise with (AJ, TJ, AT, KQ, T9s to name most of them).
The SB bet into you on the turn and river. I'm all for the turn raise with the blank that fell there, but when he bets into you again on the river, you have to give him credit for something. Call him down, don't raise.
