Quads over quads - been there,
done that. 20-40 at the local B&M a few months ago, 4 handed at the time.
Folded to SB, who open-raises. I have AA in the BB and 3-bet, SB calls.
Flop is AA6. Not a bad flop for me, no, but unfortunately for the SB he has 66 for a flopped boat.
SB bets. I call
Turn is T
SB bets again. I call
River is a 6
SB bets. Well, this time I just have to raise. SB re-raises since he just rivered quads, but he's all in for another 15 dollars. That's the sad part, but the really sad part for both of us is that this club does not have a bad beat jackpot!
