Why is it everyone likes to throw out that line "you just have to adjust the way you play...", but no one clarifies how to do that?

"adjusting" to the very very loose games is much tougher than most people make it out to be, especially some of the games that play 12-handed and uber-loose.

I also find that most people who make the above "adjustment" statement, have no clue how to actually make those adjustments.
