You know you're in a bad game when

1) no one open limps, they always raise
2) no one ever cold calls, they 3 bet or fold
3) The only time you see a flop is when the Big Blind calls

Interestingly enough, you know you're not playing your best when you 1) limp first in, 2) cold call, 3) see too many flops.
