how many players cash? if you need to get to the top 2 or 3 to make money i would consider going all in if UTG+1 had a small stack. when UTG underbets the pot there is a good chance that UTG+1 is trying to steal or is semibluffing a fourflush in which case he will fold. but if he has a decent stack you made the right play.
