I think A10 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] slows down here not bet out.
I think the push by SB is fear of the high straight.
You would think that an overpair would have re-raised all in on the flop bet, or re-raised the PF bet.
Another set is possible given that your PF raise was called.

If you read them making a loose call with less than JJ or 99 then call.

(could be a very poorly played AK-J trying to rep the straight)

I would probably call, but not feel great about it.
