Whew! There is a lot there. Read these boards, buy ed miller's book this summer, don't play too loose preflop (you should be seeing around 20-25% of the flops), don't play too tight postflop, and consider raising when thinking about calling.
Don't memorize Sklasky's starting hands. Learn the types of hands that play well in each situation so you know why you play a hand and can then decide when it is appropriate to play.
Post some hands here on on the micro limits forum and remember to be patient, even experts go through big losing streaks. There is a reason why you need a bankroll.
