That's because it's pretty simple:

If you have called, and then you get raised, the only time you should fold (to a single raise) is if your opponent will only raise with AA and you have a dominated hand (AK, AQ, etc).

You can reraise with hands that do well multiway, if you have a lot of opponents.

Call with everything else.
