You should be able to get 100% no problem. Just go to the registration area the morning of the tourney and ask someone in line if they will do you a favor and buy the lammer. Some guys will want to discount it for 5 to 10 % but I'm sure there will be someone who will give you 100% face value.
I've done it before, given 100%, while standing in line and seen others do it too. In fact, if you happen to be hawking it while i'm standing there, I'll do it again. Good luck.
