I decided that it would be more romantic if i made my girlfriend a nice dinner (actually i was late in attempting to make reservations and couldnt get in anywhere). The appetizers consisted of a spinach artichoke dip severed in a sourdough bread bowl and mussels sauteed in garlic and wine. The main course was dill salmon steak served with green beans and a vinagerette sauce. Dessert was a strawberry cheesecake and lots of whip cream. I also made some killer sangria that knocked me on my ass. Judging by the gift that the GF recipricated i'll say that i did well [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]
