Dammit, I lost my response and I don't want to type it all out again.
Short version:
The bettor may or may not have you beat. The cold-caller after you outchips you and also may or may not have you beat. You have top pair with lots of draws out. You should strongly think about folding in the absence of information that suggests otherwise.
