You must 3-bet this turn. The maniac has 2 cards and the SB is just tagging along with a K or some draw. Not 3-betting the turn is truly horrible because this is exactly the kind of situation where you must make the maniac pay for those times he happens to draw out on your AA with 32o.
The river fold is really bad too, particularly because the maniac's raise is meaningless and the SB didn't 3-bet. In fact, I don't understand all the people advocating folding for the first bet either. Did any of you look at the size of the pot? Your hand needs to be good only 1 in 18.5 times. Folding here would be a potentially catastrophic error.
