Thats the standard raise here. postflop, i agree with your pot size bet, but on the turn you should of bet the pot again. I dont see any cards here that can have you beat, so attack him hard. On the river as well. You only bet 1/2 pot. I would atleast, if not more bet 3/4 pot. And calls if he pushes as well.
