Default Re: PF Raising and Continuation bet?

Im sorry, i pressed the enter key.

As i was saying, if you know you are going to have callers after you, you have to make sure you hand is very strong. This is because when you raise, you want to isolate yourself with one other person, and have postion on him. In NLHE, you miss over 50% of the time. SO if he checks you always want to bet .5pot to pot every single time depending on the flop. For example, if the flop is something like A22, .5pot bet will make the same amount of ppl fold as pot bet. You said you raise with AJ AQ AK KQ and pocket pair 9+ in any position, is ok, but AJ is no that strong of a hand. But you can play these hands and many more if you have postition and playing isolated against a fish. YOu can even play hands like Axs 9Ts QTs JTs and many more. so, basically the most important thing is to isolate yourself vs fish, and have position on him.
