I'm typically TAG but recently have worked some LAG into my game and I play 100NL so I suppose I can throw my opinion in here.
You will find a lot more aggression at 100NL in general, but that's not to say that the average player is aggressive here -- still tonnes of loose passives. You will however find more players who can adapt to your style and exploit you, so you've got to be paying a bit more attention to the table.
Yes, there are some good players at 100NL. Lot of straightforward TAG's, and a couple good LAG's. If you're a good LAG, you'll do great.
