How fast do you have to get there? PATH ->penn station then walk over to grand central, where there is some sort of a private shuttle that my girlfriend is taking the next day for $15. She's going to JFK, though, but maybe there's an LGA option too? I can get more info as to what company runs this shuttle if that sounds like an option.
