Default Re: Pokerstars Micro-Limit Hand Question [Weak Draws facing Bets]

[ QUOTE ]
As it stands they all had no part of the flush or straight draws. I folded "knowing" that someone had an Ace and "feeling" someone had a better flush draw.

Jack, this is a case where what was in your opponents' hands had no bearing on your action. The facts: 1. you weren't going to win with 7-high; 2. you had 11 outs to a straight or flush, but they needed to be discounted some amount; 3. when the action got to you on the turn you were being offered 3:1 from the pot. Say you discounted your outs by 35%, so you needed 6-ish:1 from the pot to call...that means you'd need to be pretty sure you could make up 9BB on the river (assuming the turn wasn't capped) in order to allow yourself to make the call. That ain't happening. So, since you can't win unimproved, and you aren't getting the odds to call, it's a good fold.

Oh, and buddy-list all 3 of these a-holes. The only one who played it decently was UTG+1, and even he should have bet the flop.
