He's talking about LHE not NLHE (which you posted in NL forum) and I do recall a thread about this in one of the forums.

You may want to search the Books, as I recall either Ed Miller and/or David S. appear in the thread to comment on the accuracy of that statement. Basically they say they would revise the statement 'no big deal' to something like 'is quite doable' => meaning it's possible but not as easy as suggested with that quote.
