Default math at the table

I am trying to integrate more pot odds / implied / effective, etc., as well as fold equity and pot equity into my games to make better decisions at the table.

I'm getting better at it, but it still seems cumbersome.

How do you as poker players successfully process this info at the table.

Is it simply rote memorization? Studying various hands / match-ups, situations in advance (homework - so to speak.)

Are there certain shortcuts, rules, etc to make computing at the table easier?

Just wondering...
