So I just saw the highlights of this game and this play has not been discussed at all:
WTF happened on the 4th and 1 on the goal line play where Peyton faked a handoff and then rolled out like a chicken with his head cut off? Was this play discussed in the post game press conference?
I place more blame on him for that as well.

clearly a busted play. Peyton was running play action, everyone else was running a run play.

Peyton took, umm... “credit” for it here on local news. He just thought Edge wouldn’t make it looking at defense. No one knew, not even Edge, that he was gonna keep the ball. He has done that a few times before and this is the first time I can remember that it failed.
