default play would be to bet the pot. I'm not sure what I'd do againt a raise though...I'm afraid to say but it may be correct to fold to a raise on the river, against most sane players at least.
I think the problem with 'punishing' his turn-take away by check-calling is simply that you fail to build a big pot with a monster hand especially being OOP with alot of potential action-killer cards to come on river. play big hands for big moneyzz..not some bluff inducer (unless stack size allows you to let him bluff off his stack).
