I'm not really referring to odds....to him theres no reason to just flat call you, and you bet thinking you had the best hand. His "raise" doesn't signify any particular strength...how can you be *positive* he has a 7 here??? Your bet size is the main issue here IMO. You've made a hard decision based for yourself since his all-in gives you no information to the strength of his hand.
