Somewhat surprisingly, I actually got off the table intact.
I was able to determine the key to that success was Folding the Small Blind and the Big Blind exactly the same amount and exactly all the same numbers (33.33) which represents quads. And there were four hands that resulted in quads while I was there. (None were mine.) Then I matched the V$SB to the same but I doubled the first number from 3 to 6 (63.33). Finally, I made my Att.to Steal Blinds exactly the reciprocal of the Folded Blinds to Steal (33.33 + 67.67 = 1.)
